About The Smokies Lodge Collection

The Smokies Lodge Collection is the home of three large vacation rentals in Sevierville, Tennessee: Tanasi Lodge (sleeps 30), Majestica Lodge (sleeps 28) and Splashing at the Bluff (sleeps 22). The homes are owner-managed and operated by Avara Stays.

How we write the guide

We host big groups every week, so the guide covers what we see them need: tickets, tables and plans for 15 to 30 people. Capacities, prices and booking rules come from each venue's own website, which we link. Each article shows the date we last checked it. If something has changed, email host@avarastays.com.
